Guh this expansion took forever. I have so many outside project photos to get through…I feel like I’m never going to catch up at this rate.

This is odd. I don’t even know.
Welcome to my head.

I’ll take you in pieces
We can take it all apart
I’ve softened shipwrecks right from the start
I’ve been underwater
Breathin’ out and in
I think I’m losin’ where you end and I begin
Don’t look away
When there’s nothin’
I got a little too brave in the sun the other day and got a gnarly sunburn. I have to put aloe on every 10 minutes. I haven’t been able to go outside and shoot because the sun hurts. :(
This also took a million years to edit. None of the lines would match up when I was trying to expand it…it’s not perfect but I’m sick of looking at it and need to upload so here you go! Better on black.

Week two of my “Art through the Ages” collaboration with Glenda. Her photo should be up soon!
Next on the timeline is Mesopotamian art. The Ishtar Gate was the eighth gate to the inner city of Babylon constructed in 575 B.C.
Inspired by the blues and golds…and the lions of course. I was thinking about how to incorporate them and then I remembered I have a mane of my own.
Somewhat awkward shooting this since I live in such an urban area…this brick wall is the backside of a restaurant facing a parking lot. Getting pretty comfortable doing odd things with strangers watching. I’m pretty satisfied with how this turned out. :)

Welcome to the kitchen! The one place you’re least likely to find me.
Lolz at bad editing, cheesy smiles, and flash glares. I was hungry and had to take my picture. Killing two birds with one stone. It’s my roommate/best friend’s 21st tomorrow so we will be celebrating later.
Just so you all know this is my nightmare. So long as I live, I will never be a cookie-cutter house wife. Sorry guys, you can make your own fucking sandwich. :)

I had no time to upload today. School straight to work. I’ll have a better picture tomorrow when I have some time.
This kitty is a part of my every day life which is why she’s on my stream so often. Mia will attack anything in string form that moves quickly.

Meet Daisy, one of our two new Golden Retriever puppies. It was love at first sight.
You can bet you will see more of their fluffy adorableness throughout the entirety of this project.
